The Come Along! Foundation youth choir

The Come Along! Foundation youth choir has been operating for 12 seasons, in which visually impaired young people, young people with mental disabilities, and young people with mobility disabilities sing together. In total, we are 32 young people aged 14-35 and their parents-assistants who want to sing.

We come together once a week, because those who travel from far away places outside of Riga. The choir is conducted by Georgs Zujevs and Kamila Siliņa.

During these years, the choir’s singing has become stronger because we work hard. We also try to organize our concerts regularly – mostly we travel to please the elderly in nursing homes or participate in choir singing concerts to which friends invite us. We have also recorded several audio CDs.

The choir has fulfilled its original dream – to sing at the Latvian Song and Dance Festival on the Mežaparks large stage together with many thousands of singers. The choir is a member of the Song Festival movement.
